HBS BERLIN
Haensch Business School Berlin works with companies in the areas of leadership, teamwork, and change. The goal of the project was to make the brand clearer and more contemporary. We developed a rebranding and a new website that makes content easy to understand while building closeness and trust. An important part was the personality of Stephan Haensch. His mindset and his experience as an ultra runner flow subtly into the brand. Visually, we brought everything together. The photography was developed specifically for the project and forms the foundation of the brand. It is complemented by reduced typography and an illustration system that makes complex topics simpler and more tangible.

Concept
Many of HBS's topics are hard to grasp, for example leadership, mindset, or change. Our goal was to translate this content in a way that feels intuitive. The illustrations play a central role. They turn abstract thoughts into concrete images and create an easy way in.

Approach
We deliberately didn't rethink everything, but built on what was already there. The focus was on making the brand clearer and calmer. Custom photography, reduced typography, and simple illustrations work together to form a visual language that is easy to understand and gives orientation. The website is structured so that you find your way around quickly.

Result
What emerged is a brand that feels calm and communicates clearly at the same time. Content is grasped faster and the mindset becomes tangible. That builds trust and makes the next step toward working together easier.
